On 24 July 2017, the Company re-registered under registration number 00022551. The Company obtained its license from the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) to carry out finance leasing business on 9 January 2014 for a period of 5 years which expired on 9 January 2019. The license has been updated on 13 January 2020.
