BSP Finance (Cambodia) Plc. (“the Company”) is a public limited company and formerly known as RMA Financial Service (Cambodia) Plc. The Company is jointly owned by Devco Capital Limited (a company incorporated and domiciled in Hong Kong); R M A Cambodia Plc. and BSP Finance Limited (a company incorporated and domiciled in Papua New Guinea). The change in the Company’s name and in its shareholders were approved by the National Bank of Cambodia in April and September 2017 under the same operating license number for financial lease, and subsequently by Ministry of Commerce on 25 December 2017. According to this license, BSP Finance (Cambodia) Plc. is authorized to finance movable assets, and is currently financing:
o Automotive (eg. family vehicle, truck less than 6 tons)
o Heavy equipment (eg. truck more than 6 tons, excavator, bulldozer, etc.)
o Agricultural equipment (eg. tractor and its implements)
o Special products (eg. medical equipment, cleaning equipment, etc.)
