Opportunities (Admin Intern)
The Cambodia Microfinance
Association (CMA) is a non-profit industry association that represents licensed
microfinance institutions and related stakeholders in Cambodia. CMA works to
promote responsible financial services, strengthen the capacity of its members,
and support the sustainable development of the microfinance sector. The
association collaborates with regulators, development partners, and financial
institutions to improve standards in governance, compliance, operations, human
resources, and customer protection across the industry.

Stamp tracking numbers on letters in-out policies,
procedures, and instructions, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
·
Assist monitor, track, and record all letters, and
prepare summary reports for management.
·
Assist in communicating with relevant parties to
provide information or collect data as assigned by management.
·
Participate in resolving issues related to
administrative work.
·
Assist in preparing reports on organizational material
usage, including monthly cost comparisons.
·
Organize and store documents and departmental records
in proper order to ensure safety and accessibility.
·
Assist in requesting and recording the destruction of
outdated equipment and materials.
·
Assist in requesting the purchase of office supplies,
preparing price quotations in line with policy, and checking product quality to
ensure timely supply to departments.
·
Prepare, store, and maintain materials properly after
use, ensuring lights, fans, and air conditioners are turned off before leaving.
·
Assist maintain organizational assets by preparing
accurate lists of stamps and codes, monitoring office equipment usage, and
preventing asset loss.

Manage and maintain organizational inventory to
support smooth operations.
·
Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and
orderliness to ensure a professional workplace environment.
·
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
·
Currently enrolled in at least Year 4 of a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
·
Good organizational and time management skills.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
·
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Selected
interns will receive a monthly allowance of USD 150 to support their internship
experience.
