PRASAC MFI, Ltd. is a microfinance institution, which is providing sustainable financial services as loan, savings, and money transfer for nationwide 24 provinces and city of Cambodia. PRASAC MFI is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position as below:
Position: Public Relation Officer, 01 Position
Report to: PR and Promotion Unit Manager
Working Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
Duties & responsibility:
- Handle the media booking and buying process to support the product launch/re-launch and company event
- Initiate the PR campaign like workshop, social activities
- Manage company event to be effective and ensure the proper level of public exposure
- Facilitate in annual report, news letter and other internal communication work to ensure quality and quantity are produced in timely manner
- Build good relationship with media team
- Corporate with NGOs and other local body in some social/charity projects
- Control the effectiveness in media communica- tion by doing communication health check with the prospective targets
- Initiate the activities/Public Relation Project to enhance the overall image of PRASAC
Required Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Marketing/Public Relation
- Minimum 2 years experience in public relation and report writing
- Excellent communication and report writing in English
- Good relationship with media team-newspaper, radio, TV, and advertising agencies
- Good understanding of current best practice in marketing , management issue, and use of RP
- Good understanding of the Cambodia’s rural economy, particularly in agriculture sector, and small and medium enterprises
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation
