Position: Account and Finance Manager (1 position)

Working Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & responsibility:
  • Responsible for health of company financial statement and regulating and supervising the compliance of accounting method
  • Performance of minimization of Company funding cost and developing the various founding source
  • Formulate and monitor financial projection and cash management
  • Analyzing the Company risk (By market trend, portfolio of the company and Company management indicator) and propose the corrective action to each Section
  • Manage monthly and annually NBC report
  • Manage Monthly and Annual Tax Declaration
  • Responsible for legality of accounting methodology and regulation
  • Responsible for smooth accounting system
  • Ensure the Accurate, on-time and sufficient financial statements and reports
  • Manage the conduct of annual external audit preparation
  • Develop relevant procedure for Account Finance and Accounting Section
  • Ensure the cost are used effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
  • Age at least 30 years old
  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Financial or Accounting Management (preferred experience bank or MFIs)
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Be honest, initiative, committed and posses a good interpersonal skill
  • Dynamic and pleasant personality
  • Be flexible and high initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated

Position: Human Resources and Admin Manager (1 position)

Working Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & responsibility:
  • Develop strategic and development plan for section
  • Develop and manage policy and procedure for personnel management
  • Develop and manage policy and procedure for administration
  • Relationship with Ministry of labor and social affairs
  • Follow-up the implementation of policy and other employee procedure
  • Control Recruitment process
  • Manage employment contract
  • Evaluate the Admin and HR staff’s performance
  • Participate and cooperate with management team in strategic work
  • Control and support training
  • Communicate with Ministry of labor and social affairs
  • Coordinate and facilitate in social events when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Age at least 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or Related filed
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Financial or Accounting Management
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Be honest, initiative, committed and posses a good interpersonal skill

Position: Internal Audit Manager (1 position)

Working Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & responsibility:
  • Develop Audit policy and procedure
  • Develop Annual Planning for Internal Audit Section
  • Manage all Activities inside Internal Audit Section
  • Analyze both Internal and External Audit Report
  • Manage Audit Report
  • Manage and follow up planning implementation
  • Evaluate subordinates
  • Recommend on weakness of the operation of the institution
  • Ensure the compliance of company policy and procedure, regulation and accounting policy
  • Cooperate with other Sections for the success of the company
  • Prepare documents for internal control
Required Qualifications:
  • Age at least 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Related filed
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Auditing (preferred experience bank or MFIs, audit firm)
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Be honest, initiative, committed, independent and posses a good interpersonal skill

Position: IT Staff (1 position)

Working Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & responsibility:
  • Assist in Receive application form from dealers
  • Data Entry
  • Maintenance PC, PABX and Security System
  • Knowledge in SQL Server
  • To ensure that the information is input accurately
  • Assist in System trouble shooting, PC maintenance, and networking
Required Qualifications:
  • Age 24 – 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science
  • At least 2 years experiences in PC, maintenance and trouble shooting
  • Experiences in networking, Cisco, network configuration, PABX, Network Security and Firewall
  • Experiences in SQL, Window2008 administration, restore and backup data, and Email Server
  • Have basic computer skills. Microsoft Office
  • Able to type in English and Khmer Language with high speed
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill, friendly, polite and honesty
  • Be able to work under pressure and patient
  • Good at both written and spoken English

Position: Cashier (1 position)

Working Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & responsibility:
  • Be in charge of all cash on hand and in bank
  • Manage cash on hand
  • Receive the cash repayment from customers
  • Ensure the correctness and the real cash receive from customers
  • Encode loan repayment from customers into loan tracking system
  • Verify voucher and make payment to supplier
  • Record cash transaction, all expenses and incomes
  • Safety of Cash
Required Qualifications:
  • Female age 20 – 27 years old
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill, friendly, polite and honesty
  • Be able to work under pressure and patient
  • Bachelor degree of Business administration
  • Good at both written and spoken English
  • Computer skill of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Email and other
  • Must be a hard working and be flexible person
