The 7th Annual General Assembly

Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) host the 7th Annual General Assembly  on 20th February 2013 at Intercontinental Hotel, Phnom Penh in Cambodia which under presidency by Dr. Bun Mony, Chairman of CMA, and attended by 45 participants from 32 licensed MFIs,  3 registered NGOs and CMA.

Workshop with Local Authority in Kandal ProvinceOn 29th March, 2012, the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) conducted a workshop with local authorities in Angsnoul, Kandal Province with 96 participants under president Mrs. Yin Sokhorn, Deputy District Governor as well as Commune leaders and head of villagers.

Training of Trainers on Financial Literacy for Microfinance Institution

To Promote the Client Protection Principles for Microfinance in Cambodia

CMA in collaboration with PlaNet Finance held a Training workshop on the 9th and 10th August 2012 on conducting Training of Trainers on Financial Literacy for Microfinance Institution. A total of 31 participants from 12 member MFIs attended the event. .

Social Audit training on the Social Performance Indicators tool

To Promote the Client Protection Principles for Microfinance in Cambodia

CMA in collaboration with Plan International held a workshop on the 27th and 28th June 2012 on conducting Social Audits utilizing the CERISE Social Performance Indicators (SPI) tool. A total of 14 participants from 12 member MFIs attended the event.

Annual Microfinance Workshop "“Client Sustainability and Financial Education”

Cambodian Microfinance Association (CMA) host the annual microfinance workshop on “Client Sustainability and Financial Education” on the 27th December 2012 at the Independence Hotel, which supported by ADA Microfinance Expertise (Luxembourg Headquarters). The workshop was presided by Mrs. Chea Serey, Deputy General Director of Supervision for the National Bank of Cambodia, and participated by around 100 national and international guests from:

2011 SPTF Annual Meeting

The 2011 SPTF Annual Meeting was conducted in Den Bosch, Netherlands from 18th June to 23rd June 2011; there were more than two hundred participants who from donors, investors/lenders, rating agencies and microfinance network in the world and attendance by Her Royal Highness Princess Maxima of the Theater Netherlands.
